EXCHANGE / RETURNS
Even though we are a new and small online store, our quality and your satisfaction is our main priority! We want to make sure that you have an awesome experience!
If you’re not happy with your purchase, please contact us at INFO@THESTONESOCIETY.COM within 14 days of receiving the item and we’ll try to do everything we can to make you happy!
To be eligible for an exchange/refund:
1 – Item must be in brand new condition (unworn/unwashed/unaltered) and must be in the original packaging with all original tags attached.
2 – Please email us at INFO@THESTONESOCIETY.COM for instructions on shipping the item(s) back. Include your order #. To exchange your item for a different size, simply mail your item(s) back for a full refund and then please place a new order. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund any original shipping charges.
3 – We will email you with a return form to include in the package. At this time, we are unable to cover return shipping costs for exchanges & returns. We highly recommend using a shipping service (such as USPS mail with tracking) or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your return back safely if item is shipped back to us without a tracking # or insurance. As soon we receive the item back, please allow 1- 3 business days to process your return.
A few things to keep in mind:
Please allow us 1- 3 business days to respond to your email. Sometimes it may take us a little longer, but please be assured that you will receive a response! For example, if you email us on a Saturday, you will receive a response from us by Wednesday. However, we will work hard to respond as soon as possible, sometimes even on a weekend!
