FAQ

Q:       I just placed my first order.  What happens now?
A:        First of all, THANK YOU!  We truly appreciate your support!  You will receive an email from us with your order #.  Once the item(s) ship, you will receive an updated email from us with tracking info for domestic orders.

 

Q:       When will my order be shipped out?
A:        We usually ship all orders within 1- 3 business days.  If it has been over 3 business days, and you have not received an email from us that your package has shipped, please check your Spam folder.  Sometimes your email provider may flag emails from us as junk mail.  If it is not in your Spam folder, please email us at INFO@THESTONESOCIETY.COM, or just give us a call and we’ll be sure to help!

 

Q:       I am trying to track the package with the provided tracking #, but I can’t seem to be able to pull up the info.
A:        Please allow up to 2 business days for the tracking info to show the current status. Sometimes online tracking info gets a little delayed, but don’t worry your package is in the mail and on its way to you!

 

Q:       Do you ship internationally?
A:        Yes we ship worldwide! The flat rate is $20 to any country.

 

Q:       I am an International customer, why didn’t I receive a tracking # when my item shipped?
A:        Currently all International Orders are shipped with USPS Standard Air Mail that does not technically include tracking information.  Included is a Customs Form # that will track the package up until it leaves the U.S. Once the item(s) ship, it is estimated to arrive in your country within 15 - 30 business days.

 

Q:       I am an International customer, and it has been more than 30 days since I placed my order, why haven’t I received anything yet?
A:        We sincerely apologize for the extended delay!  Please be advised that business days do not include weekends, so 15 - 30 business days may sometimes translate to 4 - 6 weeks.  Since we have no control over USPS or Customs in the U.S. or other countries, we cannot be responsible for severe international shipping delays in your Country.  We really appreciate your patience!
